BOOKINGS

All bookings made online close 12 hours prior to the commencement time, This is in place to ensure the studio is prepared for the most supportive space for your practice in, in a home based studio.

 

Bookings can still be made within this 12 hour period by contacting Melissa directly on 0406 111 663 or at forthefolk@outlook.com.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

Clients can cancel their sessions with Melissa up to 24 hours prior to their appointment or class time and full payment can be either credited to a rescheduled time or refunded to you upon providing bank details to do so.

 

No refunds are given for late cancellations within the 24 hours prior to the appointment or class time however can be credited to a rescheduled session within the following 7 days.

 

No refunds are given for no shows.
