1 : 1 YOGA PRATICE

 
Yoga is a personal practice

In a personalised one on one practice you will be guided to deepen your understanding of yoga by combining the physical and metaphysical aspects of your practice.

Learning how to listen to your body, how movement feels, physically and emotionally for you as an individual and, learn how to modify your practice to suit your needs.
 
We will learn to move with a flowing breath, taking control of your practice, and knowing when to stay or to extend through asana.  

Sessions can be designed to focus on a particular area of interest to you such as breathwork, asana (posture), dhyana (meditation) yogic philosophy or creating a personalised home practice.

Perfect for injury rehabilitation, introverts, and beginners to advanced practitioners.
